Essentially, it is designed to facilitate the process of goods transportation, vehicle coordination, and pairing of transport trucks. It is divided into three systems: Customer, Admin, and Driver.
Customers will create a transportation order, fill in information about the type of goods, weight, mode of transport, etc., and send it to the Admin for vehicle coordination:
Afterward, the Admin team at Son Thanh will receive the request, organize the task groups, coordinate the vehicles, or may reject the order if it does not meet the transportation requirements:
After the Admin has accepted the service, the orders will be displayed on the dedicated Driver application. The drivers will then carry out the transportation, entering the goods information to check and compare the actual quantity of goods with the quantity specified by the Customer in the order to calculate the appropriate costs.
