Andy is a world class designer one of the best I have worked with. His design chops are excellent, he advocates for the user constantly, he thinks about the end-user experience holistically, and is incredibly fast in his design work. On top of this, Andy makes work a blast. His energy his infectious, he doesn't make work too serious, and is a joy to work with. I love working with Andy!

Andy is super productive, curious, passionate, and energetic. I feel super lucky to get to work with him, as I really think he raises the game of everyone around him by the way he thinks deeply and strives for the best user experience.
